Refund & Return Policy

We at ZAINOOR We are extremely proud of the quality of our products. We would like you to enjoy everything you buy from ZAINOOR. If you aren't sure about something we're here for you by providing a clear and easy return and refund procedure.

1. Return Eligibility

We will accept returns only if:

  • The product has been damaged, defective or is defective or damaged.faulty or the item is not correct.
  • The return request must be made in the 1 business days of receiving the order.
  • This item comes unopenedunwornunwashed, and still in the original package including all labels still intact

Please be aware of:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Purchased items during sales and clearance
  • Returns are requested within one     days of delivery

2. How to Request a Return

For a request for a return request, contact us via with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Images of the product that are clear (in the event of damage or a wrong product)

Our team will look over your request and return you within 3 working days with further directions.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted because of our mistake (wrong product or damage) We will arrange a reverse collection or refund your return shipping fees.
  • In the event that the customer is returning due to reasons other than the reason stated above or for any other reason, the customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Returning items should be packed with care to prevent damage during transport.

4. Refunds

When we receive and examine the item you returned and approve the item, your return will process within 7 working days. Refunds will be sent to the initial way of paying only.

Please be aware:

  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through the bank transfer. We will get in touch with you to verify the details of your account.
  • Costs for shipping and COD are not refundable unless the reason for return is the result of an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We are currently unable to provide direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, make sure you return the item in accordance with our return policy. Then, create a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

To ensure hygiene and integrity of the product in order to ensure the integrity of our products and hygiene, to ensure hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that are marked by an End of Sale

7. Cancellations

The cancellation of orders is only possible in the first 12 hours after placing the order. After this your order is processed and cancellation may not be possible.
