Order Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans are changed, as will your shopping choices. At ZAINOOR We strive to give you a smooth and flexible shopping experience, from shopping to delivery. Here is our cancellation policy that will you understand the procedure should you need to alter your order after you have placed your order.

1. Timeframe for Cancellation

Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after placing them. If you wish for you to cancel the order you must get in touch with us immediately via email: info@zainoor.pk at or reaching us via the customer support channel.

After a 12-hour period after which we begin processing your order in order to ensure a quick delivery. Once the processing process has begun the order is not able to be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

For a request to cancel you must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for cancellation (optional However, it will help us to improve!)

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via an email in the first 24 hours after receiving your request.

3. After Processing or Shipping

After your order has been sent or processed the order cannot be canceled. However, you might be eligible for the return or exchange of your order following the delivery date, subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policies.

4.  Final Sale Items

final sale products are not refundable and cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed. These items are made to meet your needs.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is accepted within the timeframe allowed the refund will be processed to the preferred payment mode within 7 working days. It is recommended to allow for additional time until the credit will appear on your account, based on the bank or card service.
